Eligibility: Serving officers of Central/State/UT Governments, universities, statutory/autonomous bodies, PSUs, research organisations (and armed/paramilitary forces where the post allows). Each post has its own service condition — an analogous post on regular basis or stated years in a named grade pay, plus essential qualification. Five years of attested APARs and vigilance clearance (Annexure-II format) must accompany the application. Advance copies are not accepted.
