Eligibility (short): Officers — graduate/PG or MBA (HR/Finance/Material Management as per post) / CA/ICWA + supervisory experience (graduate 10 years / PG 5 years / MBA 2 years); JPA — 12th pass + shorthand 80 wpm; Technical Assistant — first-class 3-year full-time diploma in the trade (or first-class B.Sc./BCA where listed) + 2 years experience; Technician ‘B’ — Matric/SSLC + 2-year NCVT ITI in the trade + 2 years experience.
Pay: Level 10 (Officers) Rs 56,100-1,77,500 (about Rs 1,06,740/month); Level 7 (Technical Assistant) Rs 44,900-1,42,400 (about Rs 83,700); Level 4 (JPA) Rs 25,500-81,100 (about Rs 48,780); Level 3 (Technician ‘B’) Rs 21,700-69,100 (about Rs 41,940).
Selection: CBT (Part A + Part B, 100 marks each; +1/-0.25), then interview for Officers, stenography test for JPA and trade skill test for others. The CBT will be held in 8 cities.
