Eligibility (short): Post Codes 01-06 — first-class relevant engineering degree (generally 60% or above) + 2 years or more post-qualification experience; Code 07 (Junior Officer-Official Language) — MA Hindi with English at graduation (or MA English with Hindi), 60% or above + 2 years experience; Code 08 — ACS membership + 50% or above in ICSI final + 12 years (Manager) / 15 years (Senior Manager) experience.
Pay: Codes 01-06: Rs 50,000-1,60,000; Code 07: Rs 30,000-1,20,000; Manager (Grade C): Rs 80,000-2,20,000; Senior Manager (Grade D): Rs 90,000-2,40,000.
Selection: CBT (120 questions, 2 hours) followed by GD/Group Task + personal interview; Code 08 has GD + interview only.
