Disciplines and positions: Vacancies are fixed per discipline and playing position — athletics, hockey, archery, football, kabaddi, kho-kho, volleyball, cricket, ball badminton, chess, table tennis and more. Apply only for the discipline and position in which you hold the sports achievement. Sports achievements should generally have been earned on or after 1 April 2024.
Selection process: There is no written exam. Candidates will first face sports trials, followed by medical examination and document verification. There is no community-wise reservation in this recruitment — selection is on merit within each discipline and position.
