The selected candidate will report to the Senior Administrative Officer (Programs) and assist in program administration, academics, outreach programs, admissions and the well-being of program participants. The work includes scheduling classes, conducting exams, preparing grade sheets, handling admissions and academic administration, and coordinating with instructors and students. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, and ERP experience is desirable.
The Institute offers comprehensive medical health insurance of Rs. 5 lakhs for family, accidental health insurance for self, and subsidized food and transportation. The appointment is purely on contract basis for two years initially and may be renewed based on performance and the Institute’s need. Completion of the contract does not confer any right to extension, regularization or permanency.
