Kerala SET is the eligibility test for becoming a teacher in higher secondary schools in Kerala. The July 2026 session exam was first scheduled for 2 August 2026, but heavy rain forced a postponement, and it was finally held on 20 September 2026. Paper II had 31 subjects.
Note: a figure of 3,391 qualified candidates is circulating in some places, but that belongs to the January 2026 session — it is not confirmed for the July session, so it is not given here. Check the official website for the correct figure.
Candidates who qualify in the July session should keep a copy of the result safe, as it is needed when applying for higher secondary teaching posts. The result is available only through the official result link, so do not trust result claims shared on social media.
