Qualification: Class 10 pass with at least 50% aggregate marks and an NCVT/SCVT National Trade Certificate in the notified ITI trade are required. Class 10 pass alone is not enough. Engineering degree/diploma holders are not eligible under this notification. Candidates already undergoing or who have completed an apprenticeship must not apply. Apply for only one cluster, and the trade must have slots in the chosen unit.
Stipend and Selection: The stipend is Rs 9,600 per month during 1 year of training; no hostel is provided. Selection is on Class 10 + ITI merit, document verification and medical fitness.
