Eligibility is post-specific and generally needs minimum 55% marks / CGPA. In brief — PhD for Fellow / Scientist routes, BE / BTech / MSc (plus ME / MTech / PhD for Scientist / Senior posts), Diploma for Scientific Assistant, ITI NTC with a valid NAC for Technical Assistant, and a full-time MBA / MMS with a relevant Bachelor’s for Manager / Executive posts. Freshers are eligible for several Engineer / Associate / Assistant posts. Selection starts with screening on minimum qualification (55%), then a written test (generally 50% to qualify), an online and / or in-person interview, and a skill test for some posts. Final merit is from the in-person interview and / or skill test only. These posts are purely contractual / project-specific — a maximum of 2 years or the project duration, whichever is earlier; there is no right to regularisation.
