The questions are objective-type, the paper is available in both Hindi and English, the duration is 120 minutes, and 1/4 mark is cut for each wrong answer. The typing test needs a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words per minute in English.

Generations of computer, input and output devices, shortcuts and basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, basics of computers, WAN, computer abbreviations, modern-day technology, modem, computer organization, MS PowerPoint, memory orientation, internet and LAN.
General Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh
History of Uttar Pradesh, geography of Uttar Pradesh, economy and infrastructure of Uttar Pradesh, culture, festivals and traditions of Uttar Pradesh, current affairs related to Uttar Pradesh and famous personalities of Uttar Pradesh.
