Only Jharkhand local residents can apply — a local-resident certificate issued by the Circle / Sub-Divisional Officer is required. One application and one fee are needed per post; the envelope must show the Advt. No., post name and programme. Selection starts with shortlisting on the advertised qualifications, followed by academic / technical marks and / or a written test / skill test / interview as applicable.
