Salary
Consolidated consultancy fee Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,50,000 per month, slab by experience, inclusive of taxes.
Qualification + Experience
Technical – Degree in Civil Engineering; HR – MBA in HR or equivalent; Legal – LLB / LLM or Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Law; IT – B.E./B.Tech. in CS / IT / Networks / ECE or M.Tech. in Cyber Security / Network Management or MCA; plus 2-9 years relevant post-qualification experience including a minimum of 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector.
Important note: This is a purely contractual engagement — selected candidates will be independent consultants, NOT NHIDCL staff or employees. The engagement is for 2 years, extendable by 1 year (maximum 3 years), with an annual enhancement of 5 percent.
Selection is by interview by a Selection Committee, followed by document verification. The interview is on 26 November 2026 at NHIDCL Corporate Office, 1st and 2nd Floor, Tower A, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi – 110029. Candidates must bring 5 printed copies of the submitted application to the interview. NHIDCL may cancel the process without reasons.
