The Odisha Livelihoods Mission (OLM), under the Department of Mission Shakti, Government of Odisha, issued an advertisement on 4 November 2026 for 1,115 contractual posts across 57 positions. Selection will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT) with 100 questions for 100 marks. The exam duration is 90 minutes, and 0.33 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Online applications run from 6 November 2026 to 5 December 2026.

The paper will not be the same for every post – questions will come from both the common syllabus and the domain syllabus of the post applied for. So first take out the syllabus of your post from the PDF and prepare as per that. The exam will be in English only, so practise reading and understanding questions in English too.
The posts include State Project Manager, Project Manager, Block Mission Manager, Block Manager and Accountant cum MIS Assistant, among 57 posts. There are 53 posts at the state level, 188 at the district level and 874 at the block level. After the exam, a provisional answer key will come first, objections can be raised on it, and then the final key will be used for evaluation. If the exam is held in many shifts, scores will be normalised.
