Eligibility (short): Block Program Manager — graduate degree in Agriculture/Horticulture; Assistant-cum-DEO — full-time graduation with ADCA or BCA/B.Sc (IT) + 2 years experience; District Program Manager — PG in Horticulture/Agriculture + 5 years including block-level experience; Deputy Directors — PG in Horticulture/Agriculture or MBA (Agri-Marketing/Agribusiness), Finance Deputy Director needs CA or MBA (Finance) + 10 years experience; Accountant — full-time graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (first class) + 3 years experience.
Pay: Rs 20,000-1,00,000 per month consolidated (post-wise) + 5% annual performance increment.
Selection: Written test (if needed) + personal interview + document verification.
