Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university (degree must be completed by the last date of registration). Only domiciles of Jammu and Kashmir or Ladakh can apply — a valid domicile certificate is required. Starting basic pay is Rs 48,480 for Probationary Officer and Rs 24,050 for Banking Associate. Selected candidates must serve in their initially allotted zone for at least 5 years; there is a service bond of Rs 2 lakh for 2 years (PO) and Rs 1 lakh for 6 months (Banking Associate).
Selection Process: PO selection includes Preliminary and Main examinations followed by an interview; Banking Associate selection is through an online examination only. IBPS will conduct both examinations. Exam dates will be announced separately.
