Who is Eligible?

How to Apply / Check the Card (official method)
- Open beneficiary.nha.gov.in.
- Log in under “Beneficiary” with your mobile number via OTP.
- Search for family members — by name, ration card or Aadhaar.
- If found eligible, complete e-KYC and download the Ayushman card.
- Or get a free card made at the nearest Ayushman Mitra Kendra / CSC / listed hospital.
