Last Updated: 6 November 2026
Important Update – Read This First

As of 6 November 2026, the SAARA Portal (saara.mp.gov.in) is fully live, and its homepage shows the Kharif 2026 Digital Crop Survey, the CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana beneficiary status, and the Apply option for the Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana. Please understand one thing clearly – there is NO login or registration button for the general public on the portal homepage. Many websites wrongly claim that you can log in with your mobile number and search your revenue case. That is not true. The MP Saara App is currently meant for the field staff of the Revenue Department (patwaris and other officers), not for the general public. This article tells you only what is actually visible on the portal, so that you do not fall for wrong information.

Short Information

The SAARA Portal is the official portal of the Revenue Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Its full form is Smart Application for Revenue Administration. On this single portal you get dashboards for the CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana status, crop girdawari, Digital Crop Survey, PM-Kisan data, the Swamitva Yojana and the Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana. In this article you will learn what the SAARA Portal is, which services are on its homepage, how to check the Kisan Kalyan status, what a girdawari report is, where to apply for Bhu-Adhikar, and how SAARA is different from MP Bhulekh and the Samagra Portal.

Farmers and rural families in Madhya Pradesh face the same problem every year – where was the crop information recorded, has the Kisan Kalyan installment come or not, has the land patta been given or not. To find out, they have to run around the patwari or the tehsil office. Many times they do not even know which portal has the correct information. Someone says check Bhulekh, someone says take out the Samagra ID, and someone says go to the Saara Portal. The Revenue Department created the SAARA Portal to end this confusion.

Read this article till the end, because we have not just listed the schemes here. We opened saara.mp.gov.in ourselves on 6 November 2026 and checked what is actually visible on the homepage, where each service is, and on which points other websites give wrong information. At the end we have also answered 10 questions that farmers in Madhya Pradesh ask most often.

What is the SAARA Portal?

SAARA stands for Smart Application for Revenue Administration. The Revenue Department of Madhya Pradesh built it because information about revenue cases and farmer schemes was scattered in different places. The patwari had one register, the tehsil had another file, and Bhopal had a third record. Because of this, work was slow and farmers had to wander around just to get their own information.

The SAARA Portal has brought this whole system onto one dashboard. On its homepage you can see the status of many schemes in one place. The important thing to understand is that this portal is mainly for information and monitoring. Senior officers use this portal to see how much girdawari has been done in which district, how many beneficiaries a scheme has, and where the work is stuck. For the common farmer, its biggest benefit is that he can check the Kisan Kalyan Yojana status and girdawari-related information without going to an office.

One more thing must be understood clearly – SAARA is not a new scheme from which you get money by applying. It is a portal, that is, a door, behind which information about many schemes is kept. So if someone tells you that filling a form on the SAARA Portal will directly give you money, understand that he is giving wrong information.

What is available on the SAARA Portal homepage?

We opened the portal homepage on 6 November 2026. These main services were visible on it. Every service has its own dashboard, where district-wise and village-wise figures can be seen.

1. Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana – An Apply option is shown with it. This scheme is for families who do not have their own land to live on. The homepage also says that the facility for survey and verification of residential pattas is now given in the Revenue App itself.

2. Digital Crop Survey – Figures for Kharif 2026 are shown, such as the percentage of total area surveyed and the percentage of total villages covered. This survey is done through the MP Kisan App.

3. PM-Kisan related data – The homepage has a link to PM-Kisan information such as total accounts and total uploaded accounts.

4. CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana Beneficiary Status – This is the service that most people search for. From here, farmers can check the status of their installment.

5. Kisan App – The option to download it is given on the homepage.

6. Swamitva Yojana – A dashboard related to ownership rights on village residential (abadi) land.

7. Girdawari Inspection – A dashboard related to the inspection of crop girdawari.

8. MI-Census (Minor Irrigation Census) – Counting and figures of small irrigation schemes.

9. Crop Cutting Experiments – Information about experiments to measure crop yield.

10. Urban Survey (Map) – A dashboard related to surveys and maps of cities.

Apart from this, there is a Latest Updates section on the homepage, which gives information about girdawari data and the survey of residential pattas.

How to check CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana status on the SAARA Portal

The Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana gives additional support from the state government to farmers, over and above PM-Kisan. The option to check the beneficiary status of this scheme is clearly visible on the SAARA Portal homepage. Follow these steps to check the status.

Step 1: Open the official website saara.mp.gov.in on your mobile or computer. Remember that this is the only official address – do not enter your details on any other website with a similar name.

Step 2: On the homepage, find the section “Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana Hitgrahi Sthiti” or “CM Kisan Kalyan Yojna Beneficiary Status”.

Step 3: Clicking on it will open the status-check page. Fill in the details asked there, such as Samagra ID or Aadhaar-linked information.

Step 4: After filling the details, your installment status will appear on the screen – which installment has been released, how much money was received, and what is the status of the next installment.

For the latest information about the installment amount and dates, you can also read our detailed guide: Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana MP 2026. That article explains that the 14th and 15th installments were released together on 27 July 2026 from Khandwa (a total of Rs 4,000, to 82.70 lakh farmers), that each installment is Rs 2,000, and that no official date for the 16th installment has been announced as of 6 November 2026. So if any website tells you a fixed date for the 16th installment, do not trust it.

Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana: how to apply on SAARA

The Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-Adhikar Yojana is for families who do not have their own residential land or patta. On the SAARA Portal homepage, an Apply button is shown with this scheme, which means the application process starts from here.

As per the information given on the portal, the facility for survey and verification of residential pattas is now given in the Revenue App itself. That means the patwari now does the survey through this app. If you have applied under this scheme, its status can also be seen from the SAARA Portal dashboard. Before applying, do ask your village patwari or tehsil office about the survey status in your area, because the final verification happens on the ground.

One caution is also necessary here – many fake websites and agents are active in the name of the Bhu-Adhikar Yojana, promising to get a patta in exchange for money. In a government scheme, there is no agent for a patta, and no money is taken for applying. Contact only the official portal saara.mp.gov.in or your patwari/tehsil.

What is a crop girdawari report, and how is SAARA related to it?

Girdawari means the government record of the crop sown in a field. Every year, the patwari or surveyor goes village to village and records which crop has been sown in which field. This record is very useful – crop insurance claims, compensation for loss from natural calamity, and benefits of government schemes all need correct girdawari.

On the SAARA Portal there is a Girdawari Inspection dashboard, where officers can see how much girdawari has been completed in which district and village. Earlier this work was done on paper, where mistakes and delays were common. Now, through the Digital Crop Survey, this work is linked to the MP Kisan App. The surveyor is registered and allotted a village by the patwari on the MP Bhulekh portal, and after that the surveyor logs in to the SAARA App with an OTP and does the survey.

For the farmer, the benefit is that the information about his crop is recorded in a transparent way. If there is any mistake in your girdawari, contact your patwari to get it corrected, because the final record of girdawari stays with the Revenue Department.

What is the Digital Crop Survey (Kharif 2026)?

The Digital Crop Survey is the new way of collecting crop information. In this, the surveyor uploads the photo of the field and the details of the crop directly on the portal through a mobile app. On the SAARA Portal homepage, the figures of the Kharif 2026 survey are shown – what percentage of area has been surveyed and in how many villages the work is complete.

Manpower agencies for this survey are also selected through the SAARA Portal. The Commissioner, Land Records had issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) for this, and the full document is available on saara.mp.gov.in. This information is useful for young people and agencies who want to join the survey work.

What is the MP Saara App? Can a common farmer use it?

The MP Saara App is available on the Google Play Store and was updated on 23 October 2026. But here is a very important truth, which many websites hide – the app description on the Play Store clearly says that this application is currently being issued for the field staff of the Revenue Department, and it is proposed to be made available to the general public soon. That means, as of today, this app is not for the common farmer, but for the work of patwaris and revenue officers.

Through the app, work like reports for disposal of revenue cases, crop girdawari, crop cutting experiments, batwara (partition) and namantaran (mutation) is done from a mobile. Earlier there was a separate app for crop girdawari, which has now been made a part of this app. For technical help related to the app, the support email pc.gis.mapit@gmail.com is given.

So if you are a common farmer, do not waste time trying to download the app and log in. Your information is available on the SAARA Portal website saara.mp.gov.in itself.

What is the difference between the SAARA Portal, MP Bhulekh and the Samagra Portal?

These three portals create the most confusion in Madhya Pradesh. Understand their difference once and for all.

Portal What it is for Official website
SAARA Portal Revenue Department dashboard – Kisan Kalyan status, girdawari, Digital Crop Survey, Bhu-Adhikar, Swamitva Yojana saara.mp.gov.in
MP Bhulekh Viewing and downloading khasra, khatauni and land maps mpbhulekh.gov.in
Samagra Portal Creating, searching and downloading Samagra ID; linking with social security schemes samagra.gov.in

To check khasra-khatauni, read our guide: MP Bhulekh Khasra Khatauni 2026. For Samagra ID, this guide will help: Samagra ID Search Download MP 2026. All three portals serve different purposes, so it is important to open the right portal for the right information.

What are the benefits of the SAARA Portal for farmers?

First benefit – transparency: Earlier, information about crops and installments was only in the patwari register. Now district-wise figures are visible on the dashboard for everyone, which has made giving wrong information difficult.

Second benefit – saving time: The Kisan Kalyan status and the progress of girdawari can be seen from home. There is no need to visit the tehsil for every small piece of information.

Third benefit – monitoring: Senior officers review the department work at three levels. This shows in which district the work is stuck and where speed is needed.

Fourth benefit – disaster help: The details of financial help under Revenue Book Circular 6-4 for crop loss from natural disaster are also linked to SAARA. If the girdawari is correct, claiming compensation becomes easier.

Fifth benefit – many schemes in one place: Kisan Kalyan, PM-Kisan, Swamitva Yojana and Bhu-Adhikar – getting information about all of them on one portal means farmers do not have to wander across different websites.

Mistakes to avoid while using the SAARA Portal

Mistake 1 – entering details on a fake website: saara.mp.gov.in is the only official address. Never enter your Aadhaar number, bank account or OTP on websites with similar names.

Mistake 2 – paying an agent: Information on the SAARA Portal is free. If anyone asks for money in the name of getting an installment or a patta, he is a fraud. Report immediately to the nearest police station or the CM Helpline.

Mistake 3 – trusting dates from old websites: Many articles on SAARA were written in 2024 or 2025 and carry old information. Always trust only the latest status shown on the portal homepage.

Mistake 4 – thinking SAARA is Bhulekh: For khasra-khatauni and maps, the MP Bhulekh portal is the right place, not SAARA. Searching on the wrong portal wastes time.

Mistake 5 – trying to log in to the app: The MP Saara App is not for the general public yet. Do not worry if the login does not work – take the information from the website itself.

SAARA Portal helpline and complaints

If you cannot find any information on the portal, or face a problem with any service, contact the SAARA helpline number 0755-2525804. This helpline works from Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM. You can also use the Madhya Pradesh CM Helpline (cmhelpline.mp.gov.in) for complaints. In your complaint, clearly write your village, district and the scheme name, so that action is taken quickly.
